Add new referral leads to your email address book : Over Night Biz wants your interaction with your referral base to be as personal as possible to the extent which common sense allows it.

NOTE : New leads and referrals are sent to members on a case by case basis.

It is recommended that all leads and referrals be added to your email address book. Create a separate folder within your email account and name it Over Night Biz. Each instance when you are sent an email referral info, add the message to your address book within the newly created Over Night Biz folder.
